What is beauceron?
Made in France, it originated in the 16th century.
The French wolfhound, although little is known about it in other countries, is indeed a very old purebred dog bred in France. Named after the Beauce region of France. Aliases are: French Shorthaired Shepherd, Beauce Shepherd, Bosch Rouge (Bas Rouge, which means red socks, because the lower limbs of the French wolf dog are brownish red). Although the French wolfdog (Beauceron) is named after the Beauce region, it is said to have originated in Breau, and although they are very different in appearance, they share a common ancestor.
What does a beauceron look like?
The French wolfhound looks large, muscular, powerful, and fearless. But not bulky. The head is relatively long and the skull is flat or slightly arched. Long muzzle, black nose, and folded ears (recently erect ears are also accepted). The neck is strong and powerful. The feet are round with black nails. There is a residual toe on the hind leg. The French wolfhound has a short but thick coat, tight and smooth, with only a few longer drooping fringes on the legs, underside of the tail, and flanks. Standard coat colors are black and tan, black, variegated. The once popular tan (tawny), grey, grey and black have been abandoned by today’s standards. Most are reddish-brown above the eyes, throat, chest, limbs, and underside of the tail.

The French wolfhound is a widely available breed that was once used to hunt wild boar and for a long time played three roles: herding dog (herding cattle and sheep, etc.), guard dog and family guard dog. In the two world wars in Europe, it was also used by the military to transmit information, transport supplies, detect landmines, and rescue the wounded. Today they are still excellent military and police dogs, as well as family guard dogs and companion dogs.

1. Feeding frequency and time
The number of feedings per day is roughly as follows: After weaning to three months old: three to four times Three to six months old: two to three times Six months to one year old: two times over one year old: one or two feeding times can be matched Your schedule, but not just feeding, also consider adding time to walk the border collie after meals, and time to pee, clean the potty, and wash the dishes. Wash the dishes immediately after meals, so that the residue will not attract mice, cockroaches, ants, or the leftover food will be spoiled by the sun and rain. Remove the bowl at the same time, lest it get bored and play with the bowl or even bite it. As for how much to feed, it is usually given according to the instructions, and then adjusted according to whether there is any leftover from the last meal.
2 Considerations for buying imported food
When buying imported food, try to find one that has Chinese instructions and the importer’s line number and phone number as much as possible. Because the canned dry food that has come across the ocean may exceed the expiration date, if it has peculiar smell and mold. Wet and insects, immediately ask the boss to return, don’t be polite. After opening, it must be properly stored, the cans should be kept in the refrigerator, and the dry food should be sealed. The first time you buy it, don’t buy too much, but buy two or three kinds in small amounts to see how the little border collie reacts after eating it; including palatability. The degree of digestion and absorption, and the shape of the excrement. Each variety says its own product is the best, cheap and big bowl, may wish to consult a doctor and experienced people.
