Labradors are most commonly used to guide blind people.

Labrador’s personality is very docile, and the IQ is equivalent to our human children of five or six years old.

Training a Labrador to walk down stairs is also part of being a guide dog.

First, by the trainer training.

When training Labradors to go up and down stairs, we encourage them to work with their handlers the first time they go up and down stairs.

Let their handlers guide their Labrador to complete the action command, so that the Labrador familiar with the correct action of the command.

Do this a few times and then let the Labrador do it on his own.

An action issued by a command.

Finally, through repeated training, Labrador can go up or down the stairs alone in the command set of the trainer.

The way to train down the stairs is the same as the way to train up the stairs, only you need to slow down the training speed, to avoid accidents when going down the stairs.

Alas!

When the Labrador is done with the up-and-down training, the handler doesn’t have to worry.

Reward Labradors with food because that reward can lead to.

The speaker appears more quickly to complete the desire to train up and down the floor, so the difficulty of training will increase.

After the Labrador is able to get up and down the stairs, be sure to continue training Laurado in early warning.

Because Labradors are often trained as guide dogs.

So, for the safety of the person being guided, we must continue to train the Labrador in early warning after the Labrador has completed the stairs training.

So CAN GUIDE HOST up and down stairs more IN horn, discover danger when can timely warning.

Specific training in the up and down the stairs of the ladder issued a stop command.

Help Labrador is able to automatically in time on the landing.

Stop for warning.

Or use a walking stick or a hand to tap the stairs or something to stop the dog, and then lean over to the handler over and over again to get the Labrador into the habit of automatically stopping at the sight of the stairs and leaning in to block them.

The body of the master.

2. Learn by observing the way adult dogs go up and down stairs.

A less common method is to have a young Labrador learn how to walk up and down stairs with the help of an adult dog, so that the puppy can basically learn the necessary skills to walk up and down stairs without a problem.

Because Labradors in young dogs learn new skills very quickly by watching their peers.
